opportunity to study or work, own properties or even vote.
Woman suffrage is the right of women to vote. It was in 1920 when woman
suffrage came in Western countries. Emmeline Pankhurst was an English activist
who fought in favour of getting the women´s suffrage in England. Other women
from other countries were famous for defending women´s rights such as Clara
Campoamor, Victoria Kent, Margarita Nelken...
This will be an assignment for Friday 8th:
1ª.- Choose one of these female characters.
2º.-Look it up some information on the web trying to ask the -wh questions.
3º.-Open a file in your laptop and make a summary on your chosen female activist
character.
